WELLNESS MEANS BALANCE BETWEEN BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT



When people think of wellness, they think of good health, physically or medically, but wellness is actually an overall state of well-being where balance is achieved between body, mind and spirit.

Wellness encompasses many other aspects of our life such as emotional, spiritual, financial, family and workplace wellness. As well as Unconscious and Conscious Mind - Thoughts.

Companies are introducing Wellness Programmes for their employees because they are realizing that they can only be as productive as their employees are. The aim is to empower people to help themselves on their wellness journey.

When a person is feeling:
Physically - well, the body is stronger and healthier. One is more capable of handling stress and has more stamina. This also decreases absenteeism from work.
Emotionally -  well, relationships and fulfilment improve.
Spiritually - well, regardless of beliefs, one has a sense of harmony and purpose.
Workplace  - well, there’s a boost in productivity, creativity and performance.

Therapeutic Reflexology

Is an ancient science that states that there are reflexes in the feet, hands, ears and body wherein all body structures are mirrored.

It is a non-invasive therapy which helps the body to maintain physiological balance and health, working towards normalization of function while boosting the body’s immune system.

An “imbalance” in your Chakras means that some Chakras are over-active, and some are under-active.
