Are you suffering from the number One cause of Burnout?

Nine out of ten doctors misdiagnose Burnout!

They will tell you that you are stressed....
 Tired...
Even Depressed!
Then they will write you a prescription for a mild sedative
or anti-depressant,
tell you to go to bed earlier
 or give you the number of a "good" psychologist
 and send you on your way.
By not addressing the cause of your Burnout,
doctors are putting YOUR life in danger!
Because, as your condition gets worse, it can trigger
a whole host of other, serious health problems.
In fact, two out of three people will later be diagnosed with
or die from things like arthritis.  Premature menopause.
Kidney failure.  Dangerously low blood pressure
And heart attacks.

What can you do to make sure you're not of the them?

-  Not follow your well-meaning doctor's advice, that's for sure!

-  Instead, you need to get to the REAL cause of your Burnout and
   then you need to treat it.

The fallacy of Burnout and the reason your doctor is not treating it:

The biggest problem with treating Burnout is that most doctors don't "believe" it exists.

This is because their medical degrees teach them to treat a patient's symptoms and not the reason behind them.

And, with over 30 different symptoms - including mood swings, fatigue, joint pain and a lack of sex drive - Burnout can be hard to diagnose.  Thankfully, it's not hard to treat - especially if you address what's really going on.......

So, what's really going on?

What few people realize is your Adrenal glands are to blame for the way you feel.  You see, these tiny walnut-sized glands sit on top of your kidneys and act like a "second" brain - quietly controlling almost every aspect of your health.

Their most important task is to produce and regulate the stress hormone "cortisol" when you are under pressure.  It's the hormone that gives you the quick bursts of energy, boosts your focus and lowers your ability to feel pain when your body launches into "attack mode".  Now, these glands are there to deal with stress in small spurts.

And that's the problem.  You see, modern day life overworks your Adrenal Glands and that means they are working around the clock - 24/7, never get a moment's rest during the day. Take work for example:  you can just run away every time your boss corners you about a missed deadline.

And then, when you get home, I bet you "relax" by turning on the TV.  But watching stories about planes being shot out of the sky on the news.....  Movies where buildings blow up.... And your favorite sports team failing to meet the qualifiers, is anything but stress-free.  Even your cell phone is to blame!  Every time it rings, it jolts your overworked adrenal glands into overdrive.

"It's physically impossible to excel on the job, be active, or simply feel good without healthy Adrenal Glands".

This constant pressure, means your adrenal glands have to work harder to keep stress under control!

The Result?

You start to feel anxious, forgetful, jittery and totally exhausted until, eventually, all that stress wears them out completely.  That's when they fail and you experience Burnout or "Adrenal Fatique".

When it comes to Adrenal function, balancing cortisol and DHEA is crucial!

If one or the other is out of whack, our whole body suffers:
  • Your sex life turns cold:  Your Adrenal glands produce DHEA - a hormone your body converts into oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone.  But when you have Adrenal fatigue, your body no longer makes enough DHEA to produce these crucial sex hormones.  The result?  Your sex life nose-dives.  You may also go into early menopause if you're a woman, or male menopause if you're a man;
  • Your bones and muscle start to disintegrate:  This is another result of too little DHEA.  This crucial hormone stops bone breakdown as you get older.  Not having enough puts you at risk for osteoporosis, arthritis and fibromyalgia;
  • You can no longer control your blood sugar because your Adrenal glands are not telling your liver to convert the glycogen go glucose.  The result?  You feel lightheaded, shaky and irritable all the time;
  • Your immune system crashes.......
  • You battle to lose weight.........
  • The list goes on and on.........

So, get your Adrenal Glands to work properly again, and all of these problems will disappear.

EXPOSED - The absurdly simple secret to bouncing back from Burnout:

That's where Ginkgo Biloba comes in.  This ancient Chinese herb dates back more than 100 million years.  And, according to the journal Endocrinology, Ginkgo Biloba is the key to optimal adrenal health for three reasons:

1.  First, Ginkgolide B (a special extract found in it's leaves) slows
     down your adrenal gland's ability;

2.  Secondly, Gingolide B also slows down the release of a
     hormone called CRH;

3.  And finally, because Ginkgo Biloba is such a powerful anti-
     oxidant, it protects your body to convert cholesterol into
     cortisol.  This means your body won't produce too much of the
     hormone that leaves you jittery, tired and unable to focus.
     Ginkgo Biloba regulates this process to ensure your cortisol
     levels don't stay chronically high (specifically your brain,
     liver and adrenal glands) from the oxidative stress of free
     radicals.  This chain reaction rips through your cell's like a
     tornado, causing extensive damage and leaving your vulnerable
     to cancer, Parkinson's disease, Alsheimer's disease, Artheroscle-
     rosis and heart failure.

Put simply, this means that:

When your Adrenal Glands perform at their peak, you feel FABULOUS!

In fact, there are more than 400 published studies from leading research institutions that reveal just how effective Ginkgo Biloba is at supporting:

  • A positive and calm attitude:  When you're burnt-out, you can not handle pressure or worry very well.  Studies out of Germany show that because Ginkgo Biloba helps with concentration, it reduces feelings of anxiety, so you cope better;
  • A sharp, alert, focused mind:  For your brain to run smoothly, it needs a strong, steady flow of oxygen-rich blood.  And Ginkgo biloba delivers just that.  By increasing blood flow to your brain, it has more oxygen to run on.  That's like giving your car's engine a tank of jet fuel!  All of a sudden, your brain acts faster and is better at things like memory and planning than it was before;
  • A healthy sleep cycle:  Ginkgo helps calm your nerves so you can deal with stress better.  And that means those worries that keep you up at night become more manageable too.  In fact, a 2001 pilot study published in Pharmocopsychiatry, found that depressed participants who took Ginkgo, significantly improved their sleep patterns and woke up less during the night;
  • Flexible joints and strong muscles:  When your Adrenal glands work well, they produce enough DHEA to keep age-related bone and muscle breakdown at bay;
  • A healthy heart:  The book "Cardiovascular Effects of Ginkgo Biloba Extract" reveals that Ginkgo protects you from heart disease.  By maintaining the elasticity of your blood vessels, it guards your arteries from hardening and causing heart attacks;
  • A steamy sex life:  Like Viagra, Ginkgo enhances blood flow to your organs, it makes erections easier to maintain and orgasms easier to achieve.  It works so well, a study published in the "Journal of Sex", marital therapy revealed that 84% of men and 91% of women using Ginkgo experienced positive effect on all four phases of the sexual response cycle - desire, excitement (erection & lubrication), orgasm and "afterglow";
  • More energy:  If you battle through the dreaded 4/5pm slump, listen up:  A Purdue University study determined that taking Ginkgo Biloba every day for three weeks, makes you 20% more productive in the afternoon than people who do not take it;
  • And much more.................
